Dr Jessie Lee is a consultant with dual specialist qualifications in Clinical Immunology/Allergy and Pathology. She received her medical degree from the University of New South Wales and physician training at the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, before undertaking her specialist Immunology training in the Central Sydney Immunology Network.

She is a Staff Specialist at Concord Hospital, where she is the current Network Director of Physician Training. She is a Lecturer at the University of Sydney, and developed and co-ordinates the Immunology component of the Master of Internal Medicine program. She is also an examiner for the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP), and a member of the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia (RCPA) Immunopathology Advisory Committee.

Dr Lee is the lead investigator in clinical trials for atopic dermatitis (eczema), urticaria(hives), allergic rhinitis (hayfever) and lupus.  Her other research areas include allergic asthma and psoriasis.

‍Dr Lee provides care for adults and children (over age 1) with allergic diseases, and adults with immunodeficiencies and autoimmune conditions.

    Have been attending this practice since not long after moving to Sydney in 1996. Was recommended by a friend as a gay friendly practice. Dr Timothy Barnes has been my GP since he moved to the practice. I can't thank him enough for the excellent care provided. He is the most thorough GP I have ever had. The practice has lots of services within. I like this as it does not require making appointments elsewhere. For example there are Nurses on hand to take bloods.

    I've been a client of Holdsworth House Medical Practice for almost 30 years. Dr Timothy Barnes is brilliant. Understanding, compassionate, funny and always makes me feel comfortable about everything. I have also seen Dr Mark Bloch if Tim was unavailable. All parts of the community are made to feel welcome and a priority. I can't recommend them highly enough. The reception and nursing staff are all great and professional too. The location is perfect as it is close to the CBD and public transport.

    I have been with my GP at Holdsworth House Medical Practice for more than twenty years. Both medical practitioners, allied health professionals, and admin staff are very helpful, empathetic, affable, and approachable. Most of all, my GP is very caring, dedicated, and supportive. I regard him as a family member, and I'm not exaggerating. Due to my personal health issues, I have had a lot of interactions with my GP and people working there. I wouldn't have survived without their heart-felt support. The place has a significant place in my life.

    I’ve been going to Holdsworth for over 4 years now and overall the experience has always been good. What I do not like is the set up of their reception. People hide behind their screens and it is often difficult to identify who to speak to unless they make eye contact or reach out with a voice saying May I help you? I do not find this set up good customer service at all. They already have glass shields on the counter to protect them so why hide behind the computer screens?
