I took my son to see Dr Katie Frith for a suspected allergy. She was amazing, so kind and knowledgeable. Her waiting list is very long but we manged to get in early through a cancellation so ask to be on the cancellation list. Looking at the other reviews, I think any issues they had with rude reception staff has been resolved. They were all very nice and attentive.

We took our son to see Dr Garry Leong (Prof) regarding a growth/delayed puberty issue and on the day, apart from waiting for an extended period to see Dr Leong, we came away being relatively satisfied with the appointment and the basic advice given to our son. Our GP was worried about our son possibly having a serious gene mutation, and hence is delayed growth and maturity. We were unaware of any earlier communications between our GP or Dr Leong. This week is 6 months after his initial appointments, and we have only just received a report of kind about our son's condition. Im glad it wasn't serious after all but totally unacceptable that we had to wait 6 months for a report of any kind. Here's is the BIG deal breaker! Written within the long-waited report several facts were completely wrong from the history we had given. Among these were our son's birth history, which was natural, instead it was noted as "Elective C Section" (quite an important fact) and then my height was 6 cm less than actual because I had apparently required steroid injections as a youth for growth issues which was totally fictional. I find this type of report and practice unacceptable and would advise people to look elsewhere. By the way the report ends with a link to Dr Leong's book - very helpful 6 months after the horse has bolted. I don't think advertising at the end of a medical report is required.

Excellent, friendly, helpful and welcoming receptionist. Dr (prof) Keith is absolutely wonderful and very welcoming and down to earth. He speaks in a manner that everyone understands. He is so gentle with the children and makes them feel very comfortable.. so glad we found Dr (prof) Keith for our daughter Ayla

This review is for the way a phone call was handled when a worried mother calls to ask for an appt for her child with a valid referral and gets told sorry no appts for 9 months. Then asks what if I can be put in for cancellation list ? No you can’t because there is no appt. The response was take her to the hospital or GP , we came from the Gp and NO I’m not going to ED. The attitude of this person on the phone today does not belong in the medical industry. Compassion empathy and manners are needed. Would not return to this clinic again.

Dr Katie Frith and Dr Keith Ooi are amazing. I felt like my little one was in great hands from both and they were both brilliant in their fields. I understand some of the comments about some receptionists but after making many many calls over the last 10ish months it's definitely not the majority, there are some very lovely staff on the front desk.
